Twenty years of casting concrete in the southern suburbs
Retreat Block, Brick, Vibracrete & Paving Manufacturers was established in 2006 after we saw a clear demand for high-quality building material at affordable prices in the southern suburbs of Cape Town. With years of experience in the building industry, we understood the frustration contractors and homeowners faced when trying to source locally produced, quality material that still fell within budget.
Everything we sell is either manufactured on our own yard on the corner of 10th Avenue and Retreat Road, or stocked there — blocks and maxi bricks at 14MPa, prestressed vibracrete posts and slabs, precast paving, column caps, cladding, curbing, garden furniture and bollards, plus the sand, stone and cement to lay it all.
Because we control the manufacturing, we control the quality and the price. That's why builders, developers and homeowners across Cape Town keep coming back — and why our price list is published openly on this site.
